Koganei PLF Series Hollow Membrane In-Line Filters

The Koganei PLF Series are ultra-compact 0.01 micrometre end-of-line filters built to deliver very high air purity at the point of use. They use a porous fluorine hollow fiber membrane element that gives around 10 times the effective filtration surface area of a conventional flat membrane filter of the same size. This means high filtration efficiency of 99.99%, low pressure loss, and a much longer service life in a very small body.

The PLF Series is designed to be installed close to the equipment being served, such as air blow stations, ionisers, and precision process tools. The transparent housing lets you check the filter condition at a glance, and the chemically resistant materials keep performance stable even in environments with cutting oils, alcohol, or ozone. Selected models support both positive and vacuum pressure operation.

Available models include PLF050 at 50 litres per minute flow and PLF100 at 100 litres per minute flow.
