Servotronix SC301 Compact Motion Controller

The Servotronix SC301 is a high-performance motion controller powered by a CODESYS real-time core and high real-time Linux OS, capable of controlling up to 8 EtherCAT servo axes at 2 millisecond synchronisation or 16 axes at 4 milliseconds. This flexibility in axis count and cycle time allows the SC301 to be scaled to match the precision and complexity requirements of different machine designs.

Advanced motion functions including point-to-point control, speed and position synchronisation, and G-code interpolation covering linear, arc, and robot coordinate conversion are supported, making the SC301 suitable for both standard automation tasks and more complex coordinated motion applications. EtherCAT fieldbus connectivity, multiple communication protocols, and both local and remote I/O expansion give system integrators the flexibility to build scalable automation systems around a single controller platform.
