Sanyo Denki SANMOTION C S200

The Sanyo Denki SANMOTION C S200 is a compact motion controller that uses high speed EtherCAT fieldbus, letting it control motors while keeping track of equipment status in real time. This helps improve productivity and quality across a range of robots and production equipment.

It can collect and store operating data from a servo system along with sensor information as things happen, and if you connect a web camera, you can also capture images from the site itself. This makes it easier to spot issues and put that data to good use. If something goes wrong, the controller sends an email alert, and you can log in remotely to check errors, review equipment status, or update programs without needing to be there in person.
