NPM LSI – Pulse Control and Motionnet LSIs

The NPM LSI lineup provides dedicated IC solutions for motor control and high-speed industrial communication. The range includes pulse-control LSIs for stepper and servo motor applications, as well as Motionnet LSIs for building high-speed serial communication systems.

The Pulse Control LSI range includes the PCL6000, PCL6100, PCL6200, PCD2100 and PCD4600 Series. These LSIs receive motion commands from a CPU and generate the required motor control signals. Depending on the series, they support different axis counts, control functions and output frequencies.

The Motionnet range uses the G9000 Series to build high-speed serial communication systems. It supports I/O control, motor control and data communication. The system can connect up to 64 local devices through a centre LSI. Communication speeds reach up to 20 Mbps.

The NPM LSI lineup provides flexible options for integrating motor control and communication functions into custom control systems. Models can be selected according to the required motor type, axis count, communication method and control functions.
