NPM FMAX-4X-2SD 4-Axis Controller with Built-in Driver

The NPM FMAX-4X-2SD is a 4-axis motion controller with built-in drivers for linear shaft motors. It supports both PC-based remote control and standalone operation.

The controller supports four axes: X, Y, Z and U. Built-in drivers control the X and Y axes, while the Z and U axes connect to external drivers. This allows flexible motor and driver selection.

The FMAX-4X-2SD supports 2 to 4-axis linear interpolation and 2-axis circular interpolation. It also provides 13 homing modes, manual pulser operation, on-the-fly speed and target position changes, and selectable absolute or incremental positioning.

The controller features USB 2.0 communication, analog inputs, encoder feedback, comparator outputs and 12 general-purpose inputs and outputs. It operates on a 24 VDC control supply, while the built-in drivers support 12 to 48 VDC.
