Yamaha LCMR200 Linear Conveyor Module

The Yamaha LCMR200 is a high-speed linear conveyor module designed for flexible and efficient production line transport. Its linear motor drive provides smooth acceleration, deceleration and precise positioning, allowing workpieces to be moved directly between production processes.

The LCMR200 supports a maximum payload of 30 kg, speeds of up to 2,500 mm/s and ±5 μm repeatability. The system can support up to 64 robot sliders with a total controllable line length of up to 25.5 m, depending on the system configuration.

Each slider can be operated independently, with individual speed, acceleration and positioning control. The built-in driver reduces wiring, while the absolute position system eliminates the need for a return-to-origin process. The LCMR200 can also support bi-directional movement, circulation, branching and overtaking for flexible production line layouts.
