Yamaha LCM100 Linear Conveyor Module

The Yamaha LCM100 is a linear conveyor module designed for fast and flexible transport between production processes. Its linear motor drive provides smooth movement, accurate positioning and direct control of individual sliders. Work can also be performed directly on the slider, helping reduce transfer time and equipment space.

The LCM100 reaches speeds of up to 3,000 mm/s, with maximum acceleration of 2G and a payload of up to 15 kg per slider. The linear module is available in 640 mm and 480 mm lengths, while the LCM100-2MT is designed for slider circulation. Up to 16 modules can be connected for a total length of 10,240 mm.

The modular design allows forward and backward movement, narrow-pitch transport, flexible stop positions and different line configurations. Belt modules and circulation modules can also be combined to create return, branching and other transport layouts. The LCM100 uses the LCC140 controller for programming and PLC-based operation.
