The Fortrend FWRD Flip Manipulator Series is a 5 or 6-axis robot built for wafer transfer tasks that require orientation changes mid-process. Its integrated flip capability lets the robot reorient a wafer during transfer without needing a separate flip station, saving space and reducing handling steps.
Available in both single-arm and dual-arm configurations, it can handle complex transfer paths at high speed. The dual-arm version further reduces exchange time by allowing one arm to pick while the other places.
