Yamaha XY-XC Series Clean Cartesian Robots

The Yamaha XY-XC Series Clean Cartesian Robots are designed for automated movement in cleanroom environments. The robots use stainless steel sheets to reduce openings and improve cleanliness while maintaining a compact design.

The XY-XC Series is available in 2-axis, 3-axis and 4-axis configurations. The range includes SXYxC models with different Z-axis and R-axis configurations, allowing the robot to be selected according to the required movement and payload. The robots provide up to 20 kg maximum payload and speeds of up to 1,000 mm/s. X-axis movement ranges from 150 to 1,050 mm, while Y-axis movement ranges from 150 to 650 mm. The 4-axis models also provide 360° R-axis rotation at up to 1,020°/s.

The XY-XC Series achieves ISO Class 3 cleanliness when used with a suction blower, with an intake air requirement of 60 to 90 Nℓ/min depending on the configuration. RCX320 and RCX340 controllers are used for the different axis configurations.
