The Yamaha PHASER MF Series is a high-performance flat-core linear motor single-axis robot designed for long travel, high speed, and high payload applications. Utilizing a steel-cored linear motor with flat magnet structure, the MF Series delivers smooth direct-drive motion, ±5 μm repeatability, and speeds up to 2500 mm/sec.

Available in MF7 / MF7D and MF15 / MF15D configurations, the series supports single and double carriage designs for enhanced rigidity and load capacity.
