DTHB Series Desktop Robot

The DTHB Series Cell Master Desktop Robots are high-performance desktop Cartesian robots designed for cellular manufacturing and advanced automation tasks. Supporting both A4-size and A3-size workpiece installation areas, the DTHB Series expands on the functionality of the DTRB Series by adding multi-task operation, higher-level motion control, and enhanced system flexibility.

Equipped with precision slide screw drive mechanisms, the DTHB Series delivers stable, high-accuracy positioning with repeatability of ±0.02 mm (A4 type). Advanced control functions such as multi-task execution (up to 10 tasks), step-out detection, and direct teaching improve reliability, reduce setup time, and enable more complex automation sequences. High-level motion control—including interpolation, constant linear speed, and programmable acceleration/deceleration—ensures smooth, efficient operation across assembly, inspection, dispensing, and pick-and-place applications.

Available in 2-axis and 3-axis configurations, as well as gantry and Cartesian layouts, the DTHB Series provides a scalable desktop automation platform suitable for high-mix, low-volume production environments.
