The Sanyo Denki San Ace Long Life Fan is a DC cooling fan designed for equipment requiring extended operating life. The series offers fans with an expected life of up to 180,000 hours, depending on the model.

The San Ace Long Life Fan range includes multiple frame sizes, from 40 × 40 mm to 172 mm and 172 × 150 mm sidecut models. Rated voltage options include 12 V, 24 V and 48 VDC, depending on the model.

Different speed, airflow and static pressure characteristics are available across the series. For example, the 60 × 60 × 25 mm models provide airflow up to 1.4 m³/min, with expected life of up to 180,000 hours at 60°C. Selected models feature PWM speed control and pulse sensors, while the fans also include locked-rotor burnout protection and reverse polarity protection.
