KSHA Series Linear Orifice® Shock Absorbers

The KSHA Series Linear Orifice® shock absorbers are compact, fixed absorption capacity units designed for smooth and stable deceleration in space-constrained applications. Using Koganei’s linear orifice mechanism, the orifice opening changes progressively over the stroke, enabling consistent shock absorption, reduced vibration, and lower impact noise compared with conventional single-orifice designs.

The KSHA Series allows selection of light-load or heavy-load absorption capacities within the same body size, providing design flexibility while maintaining a simple, non-adjustable structure. With compact dimensions, multiple mounting options, and reliable linear orifice performance, the KSHA Series is well suited for precision automation equipment and small mechanisms requiring predictable and repeatable shock absorption.
