NPM Linearstep® HB Type Linear Stepper Motor

The NPM Linearstep® HB Type is a hybrid linear stepper motor that combines hybrid stepping motor technology with a direct-drive linear structure. This gives you higher thrust and better motion performance than the standard PM type, while keeping the same simple, discrete stepping operation that makes Linearstep® motors easy to work with.

It is available in sliding screw and rolled ball screw variants, so you can choose the right balance of precision, load capacity, and cost for your application. The hybrid construction also delivers greater stiffness under load, making the HB type a good fit for demanding linear motion tasks where the standard PM Linearstep® would be pushed to its limits.
