THC Controller Series

The THC Controller Series is a high-capacity servo driver controller designed for single-axis control of higher-output THK electric actuators. It is suitable for applications requiring higher thrust, speed, or load capacity while maintaining precise motion control. Like the TLC series, the THC is ready to use with simplified setup and supports both positioning and pressing control methods.

The THC controller supports multiple function modes, including up to 512-point positioning, external unit input instruction, and solenoid modes. It features absolute position detection, advanced acceleration and deceleration control, and extensive I/O for integration with PLCs and higher-level control systems. Configuration can be carried out using the D-STEP PC setup tool or the TDO digital operator. With support for AC power input and compatibility with a wide range of THK actuator series, the THC controller is ideal for demanding industrial automation and press applications.
