Koganei HC Series Hydro-Checkers
The Koganei HC Series Hydro-Checkers are compact hydraulic speed controllers that give you smooth, stepless control from high speed down to low speed, with no pulsation. They use sealed damping oil internally, so there is no need for external hydraulic piping or a power unit. The unit is completely maintenance-free and leak-free right out of the box.
The spring-return design handles large controllable loads with plenty of margin, making the HC Series a reliable choice for deceleration, positioning, and speed regulation of cylinders and moving mechanisms. Because the oil viscosity stays consistent across temperature changes, your speed settings remain stable throughout operation. No piping or wiring is needed, so installation is quick and straightforward even in compact spaces.
Two stroke options are available: HC3 with a maximum stroke of 30mm, and HC5 with a maximum stroke of 50mm.
