Koganei HC Series Hydro-Checkers

The HC Series Hydro-Checkers are compact, hydraulic-type cylinder speed controllers designed to deliver smooth, stepless speed control from high speed to low speed without pulsation. By using sealed damping oil instead of external hydraulic piping or power units, the HC Series achieves stable and repeatable motion control while remaining completely maintenance-free and leak-free.

The spring-return design allows the unit to handle large controllable loads with ample margin, making it suitable for controlled deceleration, positioning, and speed regulation of cylinders and moving mechanisms. Changes in oil viscosity due to temperature are minimized, ensuring consistent speed settings across operating conditions. With no piping or wiring required, the HC Series is easy to mount and ideal for compact installations.

Two stroke variations are available:
– HC3 – Maximum stroke 30 mm
– HC5 – Maximum stroke 50 mm
