THK BL / BL-A Series Link Ball

A link ball is a spherical slide bearing with an integrated ball stud, designed to provide smooth motion with extremely small clearance. It is particularly suitable for link mechanisms in automatic machinery, where large oscillation angles and high wear resistance are required.

Models BL and BL-A feature a holder made of high-strength zinc alloy, connected perpendicularly to the threaded shank with an integrated precision steel ball. Grease pockets formed at the top and bottom of the spherical surface provide excellent lubricity and wear resistance.
The BL-A model uses A-1 alloy, significantly reducing weight while maintaining strength.
