Koganei VYP Series Vacuum Handling Unit
The Koganei VYP Series Vacuum Handling Unit is a lightweight, all-in-one suction unit built for robot-mounted vacuum handling, particularly on small and collaborative robots. It integrates a vacuum ejector, solenoid valves, pressure sensor, and vacuum pads into a single compact body, which cuts down piping volume, air consumption, and exhaust noise while making the overall system simpler and more reliable.
Three sizes are available with different payload capacities, and the unit works with a wide range of vacuum pads and robot adapters so you can customise it to match your robot and the workpieces you are handling. Optional fall-prevention check valves are available to maintain vacuum holding force if suction is lost, adding a layer of safety for pick and place, transfer, and handling tasks.
