Koganei PU/PO Series Plachain Ducts

Koganei PU and PO Series Plachain Ducts are designed to protect, guide, and organise tubes and cables in moving parts of machinery. Made from lightweight, durable engineering plastic, they follow motion smoothly and quietly while keeping cables and tubes from twisting, bending, or getting damaged during continuous movement.

By bundling everything into a neat, flexible configuration, the series improves equipment safety and reduces maintenance issues over time. They can be mounted horizontally, vertically, or in complex sliding layouts, so they work well across a wide range of machine designs including robots, machine tools, and transfer equipment.

Two series are available. The PU Series has a fully open structure with a flap that opens from either side, making it quick and easy to inspect or replace cables without disassembling the duct. The PO Series has a fully covered design that adds protection against dust and external contaminants while keeping the same smooth guidance and easy-open mechanism as the PU Series.
