Koganei Cylinder Joints are accessories designed to provide flexible connection and alignment between pneumatic cylinders and their load or linkage mechanisms. They absorb slight misalignments and reduce side loads on the cylinder rod, which helps prevent binding and uneven wear while transmitting linear force smoothly.

This makes them a practical fit for applications where the cylinder connects to moving linkages, lever arms, or other mechanical elements that may shift slightly during operation. Four styles are available in screw sizes from M3 to M26, and installation is quick without needing high machining accuracy. A dust seal is included as standard, and axial centre alignment and parallelism correction are straightforward to achieve.
