Cool Muscle CM3+ Integrated Servo System

The Cool Muscle CM3+ Integrated Servo System combines the motor, encoder, driver, and controller in one compact unit. It provides advanced motion control functions with built-in processing for more independent operation. The CM3+ Series includes CM3+-17S50A, CM3+-17L50A, CM3+-23S50A, and CM3+-23L50A models. Motor sizes are available in 42 mm and 56 mm configurations, with short and long motor options.

Depending on the model, motor output ranges from 60 W to 100 W, with maximum speeds of up to 5,000 rpm. Maximum torque ranges from 0.32 Nm to 1.50 Nm. The series uses a high-precision magnetic encoder with selectable resolution from 300 to 12,000 pulses per revolution.

The CM3+ supports pulse control, program control, daisy-chain operation, and cyclic logic operation. It also provides built-in PLC functions, Modbus RS-485 communication, torque control, software limits, and other motion control functions.
