Cool Muscle CM3M Integrated Servo System

The MUSCLE Cool Muscle CM3M Integrated Servo System combines the motor, encoder, driver, and control functions in a compact unit. It is designed for multi-axis motion control with a PLC or PC as the master controller.

The CM3M Series includes CM3M-17S50A, CM3M-17L50A, CM3M-23S50A, and CM3M-23L50A models. The series is available in 42 mm and 56 mm motor sizes, with short and long configurations.

Depending on the model, motor output ranges from 60 W to 100 W, with maximum speeds of up to 5,000 rpm. The CM3M uses Modbus RTU communication over RS-485 and supports multi-axis control with up to 32 axes.

The CM3M also supports a grouping function that allows multiple motors with the same configuration to operate together. Its compact design requires only power and communication cables, helping simplify system wiring.
