THK SRG Ultra-Rigid Caged Roller LM Guide

THK SRG is an ultra-rigid caged roller LM Guide designed for smooth and precise linear motion. It uses rollers as the rolling elements and a roller cage to reduce friction. The design provides high rigidity while supporting long-term maintenance-free operation.

The SRG uses four rows of rollers with a 45° contact angle. This provides four-way equal load capacity in radial, reverse-radial and lateral directions. The roller cage also keeps the rollers evenly spaced and helps prevent skewing for stable, smooth motion.

THK SRG is designed with dimensions close to the global-standard HSR LM Guide. The series is available in sizes 15 to 100, with standard, long and super-long block options for different load requirements. Narrow-width V and R types are also available where table space is limited.
