THK HDR Full-Ball LM Guide for Single-Rail Applications

THK HDR is a full-ball LM Guide designed for single-rail applications. Its rigid design supports compact and lightweight single-axis tables. The DB contact structure also provides high rigidity in the rolling direction and resistance to moment loads.

The HDR uses side-mounted ball raceways with a 45° contact angle. This design keeps the raceways away from foreign materials on the top of the rail. It also provides four-way equal load and allows the guide to be used in different orientations.

THK HDR is available in sizes 15 to 65 with a wide range of block types. The lineup includes short, standard and long blocks, as well as different mounting configurations. Plate covers are also available to improve contamination protection, including applications with long rails.
