THK AHR High-Acceleration Low-Resistance Miniature LM Guide

THK AHR is a miniature full-ball LM Guide designed for high-speed and high-acceleration motion. Its newly developed ball circulation component supports a maximum speed of 5 m/s and maximum acceleration of 300 m/s². The guide also provides high accuracy and four-way equal load.

The AHR uses four rows of balls with a 45° contact angle. Its low sliding resistance supports smooth motion and improved servo control. The mounting dimensions are also interchangeable with existing miniature LM Guides that use a two-row Gothic-arch groove structure.

THK AHR is available in sizes 9, 12 and 15. Three block types are offered: AHR-S short block, AHR-M standard block and AHR-N long block. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 1 to 5.84 kN across the AHR range.
