THK UGR, ATG & AWG Series Utility Slides

The THK UGR, ATG & AWG Series Utility Slides are compact linear slide systems designed to provide smooth movement, high load capacity and easy installation in space-limited equipment.

The UGR Series uses a ball circulation system and requires no clearance adjustment during installation. Its compact 20 × 32 mm body supports a permissible radial load of 3,430 N per slider and can be installed horizontally, vertically, slanted or suspended.

The ATG Series applies THK LM Guide technology to a slide rail, using heat-treated inner and outer members with circular arc grooves for higher load capacity, durability and tolerance to mounting errors. It is aimed particularly at logistics and railway applications.

The AWG Series Advanced Wheel Guide uses a wheel-type structure with circular arc groove technology for smooth sliding and strong contamination protection. Heat-treated wheels and outer members provide enhanced durability, while scrapers and seals help protect the raceway.
