The THK LSC Series linear ball slide integrates a double-acting air cylinder inside its base, so feeding air through two side ports drives reciprocating motion without a separate actuator, saving space and weight. Horizontal travel speed is adjustable via a speed controller, and the cylinder and piston use a corrosion-resistant, wear-treated aluminum alloy. Its cage uses a rack-and-pinion mechanism to prevent slipping, and air-feed ports are positioned on one side for easy assembly in tight spaces. Basic dynamic load rating ranges from 392 to 794 kN and basic static load rating from 676 to 1,350 kN.
