THK VB Ball Guide
The THK VB Ball Guide is designed for smooth and accurate linear motion with low friction. It uses precision steel balls arranged at short pitches in a ball cage. The cage moves along a dedicated V-shaped rail.
The VB Ball Guide is a finite-stroke linear guide for precision applications. It provides smooth movement and long service life. Stainless steel versions are also available for higher corrosion resistance.
The THK VB Ball Guide is used in measuring instruments, precision equipment, optical stages and other compact mechanisms. Basic dynamic load ratings range from 7.84 to 490 kN per ball, while basic static load ratings range from 21.6 to 2,160 kN per ball.
