THK RB & RBV USP-Grade Cross-Roller Ring
THK RB and RBV are USP-grade cross-roller rings designed for high-precision rotary motion. Their separable outer ring design allows outer ring rotation. The rings provide high rigidity and large load capacity in a compact structure.
The RB uses a spacer retainer to separate the rollers. This gives low friction and stable rotational torque. The RBV uses a full-roller design and is suited to low-speed rotary applications with higher loads.
The USP-grade series provides ultra-high rotational accuracy. RB models have basic dynamic load ratings from 33.1 to 264 kN, while RBV models range from 41.7 to 321 kN. Both are available in several sizes for precision rotary mechanisms.
