VR Series Cross-Roller Guide

Cross-Roller Guides and Ball Guides are finite-stroke linear motion systems designed for applications requiring high rigidity, high precision, and smooth linear movement. In a cross-roller guide, precision rollers are arranged alternately at right angles, allowing the guide to support loads in multiple directions with excellent rigidity. These guides are especially suitable for precision equipment where clearance-free motion and structural stiffness are critical.

The VR Model Cross-Roller Guide uses precision rollers arranged orthogonally within a roller cage, combined with a dedicated rail featuring V-shaped raceways. When two VR units are mounted in parallel, the guide can receive loads in all four directions. The model also supports preload adjustment, enabling a clearance-free, highly rigid, and smooth sliding mechanism, ideal for high-precision linear applications.
