Cross Roller Slide Guide JV Series

The JV Series Cross Roller Slide Guide is a finite-stroke, high-precision linear guide that uses precision rollers arranged orthogonally within a roller cage and guided by dedicated rails with 90° V-shaped raceways. This crossed roller structure allows the guide to receive loads evenly from all directions while maintaining excellent rigidity and positional accuracy. By applying preload, clearance can be completely eliminated, resulting in a highly rigid, backlash-free motion system suitable for precision applications.

Thanks to the long line contact between rollers and raceways, the JV Series delivers smooth rolling motion with low friction and minimal stick-slip, even during fine positioning.
