The Koganei Compliance Light Theta-Free Parallel Type is a compact compliance device designed for automatic alignment correction during workpiece insertion and press-fitting processes. It absorbs positional errors in the X and Y axes, helping to reduce insertion force, prevent part damage, and improve assembly accuracy in automated production lines.

A linear guide mechanism provides light and smooth operation, and the compact, lightweight design makes it a natural fit for robot hands. Three plate diameter sizes are available at 50mm, 63mm, and 80mm, with a maximum load capacity of 20kg.
