Koganei Compliance Light Swing Type

The Koganei Compliance Light Swing Type is a compact compliance device that automatically absorbs and corrects positional misalignment during workpiece insertion. It compensates for errors across five axes including X, Y, Z, theta, and alpha, giving it broader misalignment correction capability than the parallel type.

Its lightweight design makes it well suited for robot hands, and it can also be used for press-fitting processes where reducing insertion force and preventing part damage are important. A no centripetal force option is available across all variations for applications where this is required.
