Koganei DTHB Series Cell Master Desktop Robot
The Koganei DTHB Series Cell Master Desktop Robot is a high-performance desktop Cartesian robot built for cellular manufacturing and advanced automation tasks. It supports both A4-size and A3-size workpiece areas and expands on the DTRB Series with multi-task operation, higher-level motion control, and greater system flexibility.
The DTHB uses precision slide screw drive mechanisms to deliver stable, accurate positioning with repeatability of plus or minus 0.02mm on the A4 type. It supports up to 10 simultaneous tasks, step-out detection, and direct teaching, which helps reduce setup time and makes complex automation sequences easier to manage. Motion control features including interpolation, constant linear speed, and programmable acceleration and deceleration keep operation smooth across assembly, inspection, dispensing, and pick and place applications.
Available in 2-axis and 3-axis configurations in both gantry and Cartesian layouts, the DTHB Series is a scalable desktop automation platform well suited for high-mix, low-volume production environments.
