Yamaha YCO1300 7-Axis Collaborative Robot

The Yamaha YCO1300 is a 7-axis collaborative robot designed for flexible and precise automation. Its additional axis provides greater freedom of movement, allowing the robot to reach into tight spaces and move around obstacles.

The YCO1300 has a maximum arm reach of 1,300 mm and a maximum payload of 10 kg. It reaches speeds of up to 3,000 mm/s in TCP high-speed mode and provides ±0.04 mm repeatability according to ISO 9283. The robot weighs 45 kg and uses AC servo motors with brakes on all axes.

All seven axes have built-in torque sensors for smooth and responsive force control. The YCO1300 supports tasks such as connector insertion and removal, assembly, screw tightening, sealing, polishing, deburring, pick and place, and machine loading and unloading. Block-based programming is also available for intuitive operation.
