The Yamaha Robonity Basic Model Low-Profile Type (ABFS Series) is a compact, high-rigidity single-axis robot designed for cost-effective linear motion applications where vertical clearance is limited. Built with Yamaha’s integrated guide rail and frame structure, the ABFS delivers stable positioning, high moment rigidity, and smooth motion in a slim, space-saving profile.
Its low-profile design contributes to equipment downsizing without compromising on rigidity or payload performance, supporting up to 115kg maximum payload, speeds of up to 1800mm per second, and stroke lengths ranging from 50mm to 1250mm. This makes the ABFS well suited for transfer, positioning, lifting, and indexing tasks in automated production lines where installation height is a key constraint.
