The Yamaha YK-XGS Series is a ceiling-mount and inverse type SCARA robot lineup engineered to maximise floor space efficiency while maintaining high-speed, high-precision performance. Designed for overhead installation, the YK-XGS allows equipment and workpieces to be positioned directly below the robot, freeing valuable production floor area and enabling more compact system layouts compared to floor-mounted alternatives.

Available in arm lengths from 300mm to 1000mm and payload capacities from 5kg up to 20kg, the YK-XGS series supports a wide range of industrial automation applications where space optimisation and flexible installation are priorities, such as assembly, pick and place, dispensing, and inspection tasks in space-constrained production environments.
