Yamaha Flip-X Multi-Robot System
The Yamaha FLIP-X Multi-Robot System enables control of multiple single-axis robots using a single Yamaha controller. Designed for scalable automation, this system allows up to 16 axes to be managed under one controller platform, delivering a compact design, simplified wiring, and advanced synchronised motion control.
The multi-robot configuration supports both FLIP-X ball screw and belt type single-axis robots alongside PHASER linear motor type robots, allowing mixed axis types to be controlled within a single system. This reduces the number of separate controllers required in multi-axis machine designs, simplifying panel layout and overall system wiring while enabling coordinated motion across different actuator types.
