Yamaha YP-X Series 3-Axis Pick & Place Robots

The Yamaha YP-X Series three-axis pick and place robot is a compact, high-speed system designed for precision X-Z-R or X-Y-Z transfer applications. Built with AC servo motors and optimised belt or ball screw drive systems, the three-axis YP-X models deliver stable motion control, fast cycle times, and high positioning accuracy for assembly, inspection, and packaging automation.

The additional third axis allows for either rotational adjustment (X-Z-R configuration) or extended horizontal travel (X-Y-Z configuration), giving system integrators more flexibility for handling parts that require orientation changes or wider transfer ranges. All three-axis models are compatible with the RCX340 controller rated at 700VA and support programming, I/O point trace, remote command, and RS-232C operation for integration into existing automation systems.
