Koganei KSHP Series Adjustable Linear Orifice® Shock Absorbers

The Koganei KSHP Series is the first adjustable linear orifice shock absorber, letting you fine-tune damping to match impact speed and load with a 0 to 6 scaled knob (lockable on most models). Built from stainless steel and copper alloy internals with H1-compliant, silicone-free special oil, it’s rated for over 3 million operation cycles and meets food equipment machinery standards. Absorption capacity ranges from 0.25 J (KSHP6×4) up to 110 J (KSHP30×30), with collision speeds from 0.1 to 3 m/s, covering light-duty to heavy industrial impact needs. Optional resin, rubber, or metal rod tip caps and side mount brackets are available. Suited for pneumatic equipment and production lines across industries including food and beverage, packaging, and general automation.
