Koganei KSH Series Single Orifice® Shock Absorbers

The Koganei KSH Series is a single orifice type shock absorber, built to handle low speed impact absorption. Unlike linear orifice designs, the KSH Series concentrates its absorption capacity mainly during the first half of the piston rod’s stroke, since its orifice is fixed at one location. This series helps reduce impact and noise, shorten cycle time, prevent damage, and improve processing accuracy in pneumatic equipment and production lines. It’s suited to applications with a maximum impact speed of 1.0 m/s and a maximum operating frequency of 30 cycles per minute, within an operating temperature range of 0°C to 60°C.

The KSH Series is available with rod end options with or without a cap, and can be configured for nose mounting, side mounting, or flange mounting, giving you flexibility across different installation setups. A stopper nut can also be added as an option.
