THK SKR Series Caged Ball LM Guide Actuator
The SKR Series Caged Ball LM Guide Actuator is a compact linear actuator that integrates LM guide blocks and a ball screw nut into a single inner block, housed within a U-shaped outer rail.
This integrated structure combines guiding and driving functions in one unit, delivering high rigidity, smooth motion, and space-saving design. The SKR is suitable for applications requiring precise linear motion with simplified installation.
In addition, the SKR Model achieves high-speed operation, low noise, and long-term maintenance-free performance through the use of ball cages in the LM Guide units and the ball screw unit.
For Models SKR20 and SKR26, the ball cage is applied to the LM Guide section only, while the ball screw is equipped with a QZ Lubricator, ensuring reliable lubrication and extended service life.
