The THK HBN3210E-5RRG2+199LC7(B) is a high-rigidity caged-ball high-load ball screw from THK’s HBN series, designed for demanding applications requiring extended service life under heavy axial loads. With an internal structure optimised for high-load conditions, the HBN series delivers a load rating more than twice that of conventional ball screws, making it well suited for industrial machinery, presses, injection moulding equipment, and high-load positioning systems.

The caged-ball design eliminates ball-to-ball contact, reducing friction, noise, and torque fluctuation while improving lubrication retention for longer maintenance-free operation. This configuration features a 32mm shaft diameter with a 10mm lead and flanged nut design, delivering stable thrust capacity and high rigidity. The overall screw length is 199mm with C7 accuracy grade and G2 axial clearance.
