Yamaha Robot Controllers
Yamaha Robot Controllers are designed to provide precise and reliable control for Yamaha industrial robots. The controller range supports different robot types, control methods, and axis configurations.
The lineup includes controllers for single-axis robots, linear motor robots, Cartesian robots, pick & place robots, and SCARA robots. Models include the EP-01, TS Series, SR1 Series, ERCD, RCX320, RCX340 and RCX341. Dedicated controllers are also available for the LCM100, LCMR200 and GX series.
Different control methods are supported, including program operation, I/O point tracing, remote commands, online commands and pulse train control. Multi-axis RCX controllers support up to 30,000 points and up to 100 programs.
Yamaha controllers also support various field networks, including CC-Link, DeviceNet, EtherNet/IP, PROFIBUS, PROFINET and EtherCAT, depending on the model.
