BSQ AF Type Support Unit

The BSQ AF Type Support Unit is a supported-side block-type unit designed to complement AK fixed-side support units in a complete ball screw end support pairing. It incorporates a deep groove ball bearing to support radial loads while allowing axial displacement, rather than the rigid axial preload found in fixed-side angular contact bearing units.

This design accommodates thermal expansion of the ball screw and ensures smooth rotation at the floating end, helping prevent binding or excessive preload buildup as the shaft heats up during operation. Pairing the AF type with the AK fixed-side unit makes it suitable for high-load systems that require stable supported-side performance alongside reliable fixed-end rigidity.
