KSS VV-Z-theta Direct Drive Actuator

The KSS VV-Z-theta Actuator Direct Drive Type features a super slim body design that helps save space by combining a hollow motor with a BSSP miniature ball screw with ball spline. This integrated construction allows both linear and rotary motion to be achieved within a single compact axis, reducing the overall footprint compared to separate Z and theta stage assemblies.
