SMAC XY Stages

SMAC XY Stages are precision electric stages designed for accurate two-axis motion. They provide independent control of velocity, acceleration, position and force on each axis. The range includes LXY15 and LXY25 models. The stages provide 15 mm or 25 mm stroke per axis, with peak force of up to 42 N per axis.

SMAC XY Stages use moving coil technology for precise and responsive motion. They provide accurate force control, positioning and measurement. The patented Soft-Land™ capability can also detect product location and dimensions during operation.

Different encoder resolutions are available, including 5 μm standard resolution and finer options of 1 μm and 0.1 μm for most units. The stages are suitable for precision positioning, handling and automated motion applications.
