Miki Pulley Torque Limiters (Torque Tender)

The Miki Pulley Torque Limiter (Torque Tender) is an overload protection device designed to protect machinery by automatically disconnecting the input and output sides when excessive torque is detected. Once the overload is removed and the original indexing position is restored, the Torque Tender automatically reconnects with the preset torque.

The TT series is available in two-shaft butting TT(01) and through-shaft winding TT(03) configurations, with set torque ranges from 0.2 to 200 N·m. The TT(01) accommodates shaft diameters of 8–50 mm, while the TT(03) accommodates 8–45 mm, making the series suitable for semiconductor equipment, textile machinery, printing machinery and other applications requiring reliable overload protection.

An optional signal pin can also be used to detect overload activation and trigger a shutdown or warning signal for unattended or remotely controlled equipment.
