Miki Pulley Torque Limiters

Miki Pulley Torque Limiters protect machinery by instantly disconnecting the input and output when an overload happens. Once the overload is detected, the limiter separates the two sides right away, and when the overload clears, it automatically reconnects at the same torque and the same index position.

Torque settings are handled through a built in torque spring, so there’s no need for fiddly fine tuning or extra adjustment work. The lineup includes the TT01 type for shaft to shaft connections, which can also work as a coupling, and the TT03 type for wraparound applications, where pulleys or similar components sit directly on the housing.
