THK DCMB Series Change Nut

The THK DCMB Series Change Nut is a cylindrical change nut with a 45° lead angle, designed to convert linear motion to rotary motion, or rotary motion to linear motion, with high efficiency. Its large lead makes it suitable for fast-feed mechanisms driven by low-speed rotation.

Compatible screw shafts are cold gear rolled with tooth surfaces hardened to over 250 HV and mirror-finished for smooth, wear-resistant operation. The DCMB8T and DCMB12T miniature models use oil-impregnated plastic.

The DCMB lineup covers sizes from 8T to 50, with dynamic permissible thrust from 863 to 57,100 N, depending on the model.
